Your Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

There are some orders where you won't have the right to cancel.

These include items that are bespoke or personalised, goods likely to deteriorate rapidly, CDs, DVDs and computer software where the seal is broken.

We will refund your initial postage costs (costs to send the goods to you) but you are responsible for postage costs to ensure the item is returned to us. We recommend you use a tracked and secure postage service as refunds will only given once we have received the item(s) back.

All items are to be returned to us in new and unworn condition. 

Returns & Refunds

If you intend to return your item due to an error or incorrect size, please fill in the returns form supplied and include with the returned item, stating which size(s) you require. 

You are responsible for the return postage costs to us, but we will provide your new item(s) at our cost.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please return all faulty or damaged items to us using the filled in returns slip and also please email stating the problem. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage/fault attached to the email.

We will either refund you (and all postage costs) or provide a new item(s) and refund your return postage costs to us.

Please note, we will only refund and replace items that have a manufacturing defect or items that were damaged in postage. Damaged caused to items through wear and tear or useage will not be replaced (unless we are somehow at fault).
